There is no time limit on this offer and all that we require is that the diamond is accompanied by The ORIGINAL COPY OF THE MATCHING AND/OR IDENTIFYING Certificate's) as well as your receipt as proof of purchase.

Payment Options

Most diamonds are purchased by Wire Transfer, this is the accepted method of payment and the majority of our business is conducted in this way.

Certified Bank Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks are also accepted and in the case of a personal check the diamond will be shipped after funds have cleared which generally takes between 5-7 business days.

We accept payment in Cash, Bank Guaranteed Cheque, Wire Transfers third party Escrow and major credit cards. (Currently Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. AMEX to follow soon)

Viewings by Appointment

If you are in the Melbourne Australia or Los Angeles USA area or plan to be and would like to see our diamonds or our extensive line of Jewellery viewings are possible BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You may view any stock that is currently in the local inventory. Note: The searchable database represents the IceStore International inventory and is available only as a virtual purchase unless other specific arrangements are made.

Shipping

Australia Air Express Overnight Priority shipping on all orders totalling more than US$10,000. All purchases made with IceStore (Australia). are shipped with our preferred partner Australia Air Express Overnight Priority service and will arrive within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment in cases where purchases where made from on-shore stock. In the case of virtual (Off-shore) purchases from our strategic holding stocks delivery is usually around 10 to 14 days.

Note: From time to time deliveries can be delayed by customs clearance backlogs.

Refunds and Returns

Your diamond may be returned for a full refund, for any reason, within 30 days of the date the diamond was shipped provided the diamond is accompanied by The ORIGINAL COPY OF THE MATCHING AND/OR IDENTIFYING CERTIFICATE(s). Returns not accompanied by all of their original documentation WILL NOT BE HONOURED. All diamonds must be in new condition without having been altered in any way.

IceStore (Australia). will refund the purchase price of the DIAMOND returned within the time-frame and manner specified above, LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS.The refund shall be made in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. For example, the refund will be a credit back to the purchasing credit card, or wire transfer, etc.

NOTE: YOU MUST OBTAIN A "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" CODE FROM IceStore (Australia). BEFORE RETURNING DIAMONDS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE AND ON THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. ANY DIAMONDS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REFUSED. ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT TO:
